Designation : HR-Payroll Techno - Functional Consultant

Type of Employment : Permanent

Location : Muscat (Oman)
Profile :
- At least two full life cycle implementation in Oracle HRMS (HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR)
- Experience in Requirement gathering, mapping to the product, setting up prototype, creating test scripts etc
- Documentation as per the standards (preferably AIM).
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Preferably having a domain experience in HR/Payroll.
- Expertise in PL/SQL.
- Expertise in forms and reports.
- Understanding of Oracle HRMS Datamodel.
- Experience in Interfaces and Data migration - ( the key here is understanding the HRMS API's)
- Knowledge of Alerts, ADI etc.
- Preferably understanding of SSHR customization i.e. ( PL / SQL, Workflow builder, JSP, JavaScripts, HTML)
