Profile :

      Functional Knowledge

• At least two full life cycle implementation in Oracle HRMS (HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR)
• Experience in Requirement gathering, mapping to the product, setting up prototype, creating test scripts etc
• Documentation as per the standards (preferably AIM).
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Preferably having a domain experience in HR/Payroll.

      Technical Knowledge

• Expertise in PL/SQL.
• Expertise in forms and reports.
• Understanding of Oracle HRMS Datamodel.
• Experience in Interfaces and Data migration - ( the key here is understanding the HRMS API's)
• Knowledge of Alerts, ADI etc.
• Preferably understanding of SSHR customization i.e. ( PL / SQL, Workflow builder, JSP, JavaScripts, HTML)
